She turned on the bath water. I thought she was going to take her nightly shower. Everything looked normal, until she broke out the sitting stool. I thought to myself, that&#8217;s weird, mom doesn&#8217;t sit in the shower. I went into the bathroom to sit in my usual spot when mom washes those nooks and crannies off her. But I was more cautious this time, yet she was still fast enough to swoop me up into her arms and carry me into the tub. I fought, but in the end she won. She poured water all over my head. I hated it! I can only tolerate contained water!
