I am really good at the “wait” command. Sometimes I’ll get impatient if it’s over 20 seconds, but as soon as I’m reprimanded I go back to waiting patiently and wagging my tail. But you understand my pain, right? A delicious, scrumptious Milkbone is right under my nose and it smells just oh-so-good and you want me to just sit here and stare at it? No way, José! I want to eat it!! NOW!! But instead I wait like a good little boy. I think I deserve two treats instead of one!

I had a fun and exciting day today! First, mom and I went on a long walk this morning where I made three nice poopies. Then we hopped into the car and drove through the car wash! My first time! It was scary!!! We drove through a dark tunnel– it was so loud. Then a whole bunch of water sprayed on the windows.. ugh!! I hate the sight of water when it’s not contained in my water bowl! And to top it off, big scary looking arms came down and hit at the windows. I didn’t like it at all, but I couldn’t look away either. I cowered in my seat, scooting closer to mommy. I was so glad when it was over.. car ride back home! I love looking out the window as we drive down the roads. My spit covers the entire inside of the passenger seat. It makes it blurry and hard to see out the window, but mom lets me lick and spit all over the window anyway ’cause she’s cool like that (she’s the coolest mommy ever).

To top the night off, a bunch of aunties and uncles came over to play fetch with me. I was so excited I almost vomited. And now I am super pooped. I’m going to call it a night and bid you all a good evening.

This morning I went on a long walk with mom and made three poopies! Then about two hours later I farted a mega stinky fart that made mom gag. Strange.. I thought I pooped everything out and emptied my intestines. I guess I have a megacolon!

I love sticking my face out the car window and feeling the wind blow my ears back. I especially love when we pass by pedestrians so I can bark at them and give them a little fright! I like to stick my head out the window as far as I can. It scares mom because she thinks I’ll fall out, but I’ve got it under control! It’s the best when mom drives fast so the wind hits my face faster, but I HATE it when anyone blows on my face.. I snoot at them and blow snot on their faces. I don’t do it on purpose to be mean.. it’s just a natural reaction. But what business do you have blowing your stinky breath on my face anyway, eh??

What is up with my hair! My goodness. Sometimes mom thinks I’m a girl.. she puts my hair up in little pony tails.. she dresses me up in “cute” clothing.. yeah, it’s cute to you but to me it’s degrading! I’m a man! I’m a senior citizen.. respect your elders!

In honor of LOST Tuesday, here is a photo of me watching Sayid the badass. I love LOST!! And I love the pop-up clues when they play the previous week’s episode. It’s a nice refresher and offers a little bit of insight to this confusing show. Yes, this show confuses the *ooh la la* out of me! But when I do understand parts of it, I feel smart. Thus, I continue to watch 🙂 I’m a smart cookie!

I am usually a good dog (really, I am!) but if mom is hiding treats from me, I MUST seek them out — even if they are sitting on the table right next to her. Last night, I tried to sneak up on the table, but I was caught before I could snatch a treat. How’d she catch me? I thought I was quiet!

Everyone knows there’s NO time like Beggin’ Time (Beggin’ Strips mmmm), but when you squish beef in a soft chewy blanket of cheese and roll it up like a Combos snack, then I am ALL OVER that! mmmm SNAUSAGES! And they are so right.. eating it IS excessively fun!! It is so fun that I snort like a piglet when I grab the Snausage out of mom’s hand. Yummy yummy yummy yummmmay!

I don’t know why, but for the past year or two, my tongue has been making more appearances.. poking out of my mouth when I’m sleeping or just relaxing on the couch. Is my tongue growing longer, or maybe my jaw muscles are getting weaker and can’t hold in my cute tongue? Whatever the explanation, if it makes makes mom smile, I’m all for it!
